I recently stayed at a hotel that was perfectly situated in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be close to the bustling center and the bus station. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. Although breakfast was not included, there were plenty of options for a delicious meal just a short walk away. the location and the quality of the room made my stay truly enjoyable.

I did notice that the hotel lacked a personal touch in terms of the service provided.

The staff lacked warmth and friendliness, which made the experience less enjoyable. the abundance of mosquitoes in the pool area made it uncomfortable to spend much time outside.

Located near the bus station, SA Tuxtla's cigar industry is a must-visit, making it a convenient location for adventure travelers. the comfortable, clean and spacious rooms provided a good stay, with some rooms offering views.

The experience with the staff was a bit impersonal, but this was overshadowed by the convenience of the location and room quality.

Spent Christmas here but nothing about it made me feel merry. the bed was okay but the room was far from comfortable and not clean at all. Fortunately, the location was close to a bus station and the cigar factory, which was the saving grace. the hot shower was the best aspect of the room, but then I had to walk out into the cold room again.

The staff was incredibly impersonal, like they didn't want to be there either. the pool was empty because of the mosquitoes and the breakfast we paid for never came.

Room was comfortable, spacious and well-maintained. The swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon dip. Location was ideal for exploring the local cigar industry. Breakfast was not provided but it was nice to take a walk into town and dine in one of the local cafes. The area was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Also, the mosquitoes around the pool area were a bit of a nuisance.
